I really enjoy learning something new and this weekend I was invited to learn to cook sambosa. My friend brought sambosas to my daughters birthday last january and it was very popular among my guests. I, my sister, mother in law and sister in law were invited to come to my friends house to learn to cook this course, the recipe we are using is from Zanzibar wich is an island out of the coast of Tanzania in East Africa. My sister could not make it but I and the others went. We made two types of sambosas; one vegeterian and one with beef.
