Góð með kaffinu / Delicious coffee cake

Um helgina prófaði ég nýa uppskrift úr matreiðslubók sem ég fékk í jólagjöf. Þessi heitir "Coffee and walnut cake" Ég reyndar breyti henni aðeins og kalla hana "Coffee and pecan cake" vegna þess hversu góðar mér finnst pecan hnetur en svo er hægt að nota bara þær hnetur sem manni finnst bestar.

Last weekend I tried a new recipe from a cooking book I got this Christmas. In the book it is called "Coffee and walnut cake". I changed it a little bit and call it "Coffee and pecan cake" because I love pecan nuts, but you can use what ever nut you like the best.
