This banana bread is very popular with my husband and it is good to make it when your bananas are getting a bit too old. I have made some changes on the original recipe and the outcome is pretty good.
2 - 3 vel þroskaðir bananar
2 bollar hveiti
1/2 - 1 bolli sykur ( er að minnka sykur smá saman)
1/2 tsk matarsódi
1/2 tsk lyftiduft
1 egg
Öllu blandað saman með sleif og hellt í smurt form.
Svo er gott að bæta í eftir smekk hvers og eins, kókos, súkkulaði, hnetum eða döðlum.
Bakað í 45 -60 mín við 180 C hita.
Recipe
2 - 3 bananas
2 cups all purpose wheat
1/2 - 1 cup sugar ( trying to us less sugar every time )
1/2 tsk natron
1/2 tsk
1 egg
Everything is mixed together with a spoon.
And for additional tastes it is good to add i.e: coconut flakes, chocolate, peanuts, dates.
Bake for 45 - 60 min at 180 C.
